Inimitable Snowflakes

Christmas… How much warmth is embedded in this word: fireplace, family gathered round the table, reverential mood, a great number of gifts prepared with love under the Christmas tree and … huge piles of snow outdoors))))).

And only imagine that this beautiful white blanket covering everything around consists of tiny “particles” - inimitable snowflakes. Why inimitable? Because there are no “clone” snowflakes, all of them are different, like those on the pattern below.

Today I’d like to share with you a pattern of Tigger from Winnie the Pooh. This cheerful, enthusiastic and well-meaning character, that overestimates his abilities but is always ready to help you, will surely make one of your best friends. Only pay attention that despite he looks tiger-like, he is a Tigger, not a Tiger)))))))))).

Blue Dream

The Blue Dream is easy to cross-stitch floral pattern in a blue gamma. Realized in Chinese style it may be a nice decoration or an original “touch of perfection” of your oriental home interior. Stitching techniques used are those of full cross-stitch and back stitch.

Simba

Do you like Simba, a playful cub from Disney’s “The Lion King”? If so, you may cross-stitch it thus making him stay always before your eyes. But notice that this pattern is elaborated for experienced cross-stitchers as there are broken stitches, and back stitches are started (or ended) not only at the intersection of two grid lines but also at the midpoints of the grid, which makes the process of embroidering much more complicated.

 

Field Flowers in Pumpkin Pot

Today I’d like to present an old fashioned pattern of Field Flowers in Pumpkin Pot that I’ve elaborated during the first autumn days. Though there are no broken stitches, the scheme is quite difficult to realize due to a great number of colors used.

Japanese-Style Magnolia

This Japanese-Style Magnolia branch is small, so it won’t take long to cross-stitch it. But, pay attention please, that the pattern is not aimed at beginners as there are half and quarter stitches present. By the way, if you don’t like the idea with blue leaves you may change it to the traditional look))))))))

Jerry Mouse

Meet a nice cross-stitch pattern of a running mouse from an outstanding cartoon “Tom and Jerry”. I was always amazed with this small cutie that has managed to survive for more than half a century all that time being chased by a cat and yet is as charming as the first day of his screen appearance.

 When a child I always admired small clownfish in water tanks. And there is no wonder that all kids seem to be amazed by these bright and vivid creatures moving smoothly in the water. And now I’d like to suggest a gift idea for our extra-active boys and girls that can stay motionless during a long time watching small fish in aquariums.

Today, when everybody is mad on 3D I’d like to make my unpretentious contribution to the world of three-dimensional artifacts as well (grin). For passionate cross-stitches with considerable experience in embroidering (as this scheme is pretty difficult to realize, though the only stitching technique used is full cross-stitch) I’ve elaborated a free downloadable 3D Flowers in wooden frame pattern.

Pearl the Octopus

Don’t you know who is this pink creature on the picture? She is Pearl, a small octopus from the movie “Finding Nemo”. If you like this character from Great Barrier Reef you can cross-stitch it easily. Main techniques used are those of full cross-stitch and back stitch.

Rose Branch

This nice and delicate Rose Branch embroidered on black canvas (this way it looks better, to my mind) is aimed at embroiders that have got some experience in cross-stitching. Though the only technique used is full cross-stitch it is pretty complicated and large.

When a child, I saw a cartoon film “The Little Mermaid”. I liked it very much. But as the years passed, new wonderful films appeared and the story about marine life was “dimed” with new impressions. But recently my eyes encountered an image depicting main characters of “The Little Mermaid”. I was surprised to be able to recollect the name of only one of them.

The number of odd-hoofed animals is growing here. Earlier I’ve published Cartoon Zebra and Cartoon Donkey patterns. Today their family is enlarged with one more representative – Cartoon Pony. The pattern is easy to cross-stitch as it is aimed at beginners.

When a child, I always dreamed of living on a Desert Island. And now it looks like my dearest wish came true. Maybe, not completely, as I’m living not right on the Desert Island, but nearby. Nevertheless, its mine))))).

Welcome one more relative of Cartoon Zebra! It’s a Donkey! Elaborated on the selfsame “round basis”, so it won’t be difficult to realize it. The only stitching technique used is full cross-stitch. The other great “plus” for beginners is that only five colors are used to embroider it.
